At R3 Center for Change, we believe people are not problems to be fixed—they are human beings created with inherent worth whose identities, relationships, and sense of purpose may have been disrupted by life's experiences. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling, coaching, education, and professional services that promote healing, restoration, and human flourishing.
We are committed to helping individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and organizations move beyond simply managing symptoms toward restoring the whole person. Through a safe, supportive, and collaborative approach, we empower people to heal, grow, strengthen relationships, and confidently move forward with hope and purpose.

R3 Center for Change was created from a simple but powerful belief: every person has the capacity for restoration, growth, and transformation.
Yet many individuals spend years living from wounds rather than wholeness, survival rather than purpose, adaptation rather than authenticity, and distortion rather than truth.
Life experiences such as trauma, loss, grief, rejection, abandonment, abuse, relational injury, adverse childhood experiences, chronic stress, and other disruptions can interfere with healthy development and functioning.
R3 exists to help people reclaim what life experiences often disrupt: identity, emotional wellness, healthy relationships, purpose, and hope.
Through counseling, identity restoration, wellness services, education, research, and community engagement, R3 serves as a comprehensive ecosystem for healing and human development.
